INTER ISLAND TOURS,250 MoonachieRoad, Moonachie, New Jersey 07074, shall act only as agents for the passenger in making arrangements for hotels, transportation,transfers, or any other service and do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, delay to persons or property due to an act of any hotel, transfer company or persons rendering any of the services included in the tour, or by act of God. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any damage, injury or delay due to sickness, theft, pilferage, strikes or other labor disputes, machineery breakdown, quarantine, government restraints, civil disturbancee, acts of terrorism, riots, weather or any causes beyond their personal control. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense,omissions, delays, reroutings or acts of any governments or authority. Airline tickets, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tours and or passenger and the passage contract in use by the airlines concerned will apply. The right is reserved to withdraw any program and/or make changes in the program(s) as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and the proper carrying out of tour(s). The prices of these tours are subject to change without notice. The payment for a reservation on a tour shall constitute consent to all the provisions set forth herein. INTER ISLAND TOURS IS NOT A PARTICIPANT IN THE CALIFORNIA TRAVEL CONSUMER RESTITUTIOIN CORPORATION.
